WAYES’ new brand identity was created more than a year and a half ago. The goal was to visually represent our optimistic and solution-oriented way of working. Unlike others, we do not look for mistakes, but for solutions, which clearly sets WAYES apart. For us, business change processes are an opportunity to let go of old structures and make room for new, more efficient and resilient processes. For more than 20 years, we have therefore been paving the way for positive change for companies.
We see ourselves as mountain guides: for some companies a mountain is an unwanted obstacle, for others the top is a tempting challenge that they can reach faster and safer with support alongside their day-to-day business. At the top, all are united by success and a change of perspective with a view to long-term goals. In our corporate design, however, WAYES is not only used as a wordmark and logo; instead, the mirrored Y can also be detached from the logo and used as a key visual in a variety of ways. This underscores our ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances and also develop unconventional solutions for our clients.
We are delighted that our new brand identity has convinced the jury of the German Design Awards. WAYES’ flexible corporate design with a positive, pluralistic color scheme won the award in the “Excellent Communications Design – Brand Identity” category.
