WAYES team donates € 10,000

The current situation in Ukraine and the associated humanitarian catastrophe leaves us stunned. It is an event that we do not want to watch idly. After consulting with several aid organisations, we abandoned our original plan to bring collected aid directly to the Polish border and agreed internally to collect money for organisations that help directly on the ground. A considerable 5,000 € came together from among our colleagues.

“We think it’s great that our colleagues are so committed. That’s why we at WAYES decided to double the amount,” explains Managing Director Stefan Wechsung. “That’s how 10,000 € came together, which were donated to three aid organisations. With UN Refugee Aid, Libereco – Partnership for Human Rights e.V. and Médecins Sans Frontières, we know that the money will reach where it is needed!”
