Succession solution for AJM Personalservice GmbH

Company succession organised: The WAYES transaction team led by Hamed Omumi and Sebastian Zolondek was able to achieve a strong succession solution. Following a competitive investor process, Percon Solutions GmbH will take over AJM Personalservice GmbH on 1 April 2024 as part of a share deal.

AJM is a medium-sized personnel service provider from Oldenburg specialising in the provision of qualified specialist personnel in the industrial sector in the Weser-Ems region.

With the takeover by Hamburg-based Percon Solutions, AJM will continue to operate with its existing and successful structures and around 80 employees and represents an excellent addition to Percon Solutions in terms of both its range of services and its market presence in the North-West region.
