25 years of WAYES

2026 is our anniversary year! 25 years of WAYES. A whole year to celebrate our history, our transformation and our future.

What began as an idea 25 years ago has, step by step, grown into a consultancy firm with 7 offices, over 50,100 employees (within the WAYES Group) and numerous successfully delivered projects.

A lot has happened during this time: our range of services has continually expanded, new business areas have emerged and further offices have been added. Above all, however, it is the people who have shaped WAYES and continue to do so to this day.

We have grown, changed and evolved. New colleagues have joined WAYES and brought fresh perspectives with them. At the same time, we have witnessed a generational shift: long-standing partners have handed over responsibility and paved the way for the next generation. Change has never been an end in itself, but has always been part of our ethos.

What has remained are our values, our standards and the conviction that good consultancy is more than just methods and concepts. It thrives on experience, responsibility and the courage to think things through to their logical conclusion.

In 2026, we’ll take you on a journey through our anniversary year, offering insights into our history, personal stories from the team, moments that have shaped us, and a clear vision for the future.
