Falk Schnurbusch’s 5th anniversary

This month, we at WAYES are celebrating a special anniversary: Falk has been part of our partner team for five years.

When Falk joined us in July 2021, he already brought with him many years’ experience in the fields of turnaround, restructuring and M&A. Since then, he has enriched our restructuring and M&A departments both professionally and personally, and has played a decisive role in shaping them. Particularly in complex situations where clarity, experience and a clear-eyed view of the facts are required, Falk is a reliable asset for our clients as well as for our team.

However, it is not just his professional expertise that sets Falk apart. He is someone who approaches others openly, who listens, puts things into perspective and even finds time for a chat by the coffee machine on busy days. Whether it’s team runs, networking events or our annual sundowner, which he organises with great passion: Falk brings people together and, in his own unique way, contributes to the team spirit that defines WAYES.
