Welcome back, Felix, and welcome to WAYES, Lars!

YES! Our Hamburg team continues to grow, and we are delighted to welcome two new colleagues to WAYES from 1 July: a familiar face who has found his way back to us, and a newcomer with extensive restructuring experience.

Felix Dreyer is back at WAYES and will be joining us as a manager in the areas of restructuring and transactions. For those of you who don’t yet know Felix: after completing his degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in restructuring and reorganisation at SRH University, and following roles at PwC Germany and Restrukturierungspartner (now Deloitte), he joined WAYES on a permanent basis. Most recently, he worked as Vice President at RTgroup in the restructuring and reorganisation division. Now Felix is back. Sometimes, all good paths really do lead back to WAYES. And we’re absolutely delighted about it!

Lars Jaensch is joining us as a Senior Manager in the Restructuring division at our Hamburg office. After completing his Master of Science in General Management, specialising in Corporate Financial Management, at PFH Private University of Applied Sciences in Göttingen, Lars gained extensive experience in audit at KPMG and Deloitte in Hanover. Via SICNUM Mittelstandsberatung, his career path led him into consultancy and restructuring, and eventually back to KPMG, where he most recently worked as a Senior Manager in the Turnaround & Restructuring division. In addition, Lars already holds a Lucanet certification. A strong addition to our team.
