Zalaris ASA acquires HR software developer vyble AG
As part of a transferring reorganisation, a company of the Norwegian Zalaris Group has taken over all assets of vyble AG. vyble AG, with locations in Rostock and Hamburg, had entered into provisional self-administration proceedings at the end of 2021. The management around Dr Alexander Tiedtke remained operationally responsible and provided significant support to the investor process.
“Maintaining the business operations and all jobs was our priority,” explains Dr Alexander Tiedtke. “As a strategic extension of the Zalaris portfolio, we are paving the way into the German market. We are looking to a promising future.”
In a demanding time frame of four weeks, under the leadership of the M&A team of WAYES GmbH & Co. KG’s M&A team, a mutually satisfactory investor solution was worked out for the HR software developer vyble AG. The lawyers Nils Krause and Michael Busching from ECOVIS, both self-administration, the team around the lawyers Ilja Schneider (corporate law) and Friedrich von Kaltenborn-Stachau (insolvency law) from BRL BOEGE ROHDE LUEBBEHUESEN as well as the provisionally appointed administrator Ulrike Hoge-Peters played a decisive role in the success of the process.
