WAYES at HafenCity Run 2025

Last Saturday, WAYES took part in this year’s HafenCity Run – one of the largest charity runs in Hamburg, which brings together companies and institutions from all over the city.

Our team started at 10:27 am and reached the finish line together after 30 minutes, at 10:57 am. The approximately 4-kilometre route led through Hamburg’s HafenCity – including a special section: the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, the location of our new WAYES office.

Heinz Baumann, Sebastian Geppert, Britt-Marie Palitis, Lukas Ideus, Melanie Ruedi, Darius Djafari, Steffen Völkel, Daniel Harbrecht, Jan-Christoph Schröder, Kira Niermann and our former colleague Felix Dreyer took part. Together, we not only mastered the run in sporting terms, but also set a strong example of team spirit and commitment.

The run was a great opportunity to do sport together and support social projects in Hamburg at the same time. We would like to thank the organisers for the great organisation and all participants for the positive atmosphere along the route.

We are already looking forward to the next round!
