In addition to our day-to-day dialogue, we also take two full days each year that are dedicated exclusively to expanding our skills. All team members, from consultants to partners, meet at the WAYES boot camp. This time, we were guests at the FrachtRaum Neuer Wall, where we found the ideal conditions for the workshop as well as a beautiful view.

Being prepared for all eventualities and being spontaneous is also part of our everyday life. This was encouraged during the “pitch presentation” exercise. Names and topics were drawn and our colleagues had to integrate the randomly selected slides into their presentations. An exciting experience that drew everyone out of their shells.

Of course, there were also specialist presentations: In addition to topics such as “Innovations in restructuring law” and “Project management using the example of a reorganisation concept”, which were presented by our employees, there was also an external speaker in the form of Tilmann Jung and his presentation “Examination of reasons for applications”.
