Well start – in 2026!

A new year, new faces and a joint start as a team.

To kick off 2026, we are getting together outside of the office this week: curling combines exercise, team spirit and personal encounters. At the same time, we are warmly welcoming our new colleagues – five new faces who have been part of WAYES since January.

It is important to us that arriving means more than just a first day at work. That’s why yesterday was not only about the sporting aspect, but above all about getting to know each other, having open conversations and exchanging ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

For us, moments like these are much more than a classic team event. They are an integral part of our culture and an expression of how we understand collaboration. Successful consulting arises where trust grows, collaboration is practised and genuine connections are formed in everyday project work and beyond.
