Welcome to WAYES, Felix!

YES! We are continuing to grow and are delighted to welcome Felix Prinzenberg as a Senior Advisor in the Transactions division at our Munich office.

Felix has over 20 years’ experience in M&A and corporate finance, both on the corporate side (Siemens, Korian Germany) and as a consultant (EY, Lincoln International). At EY, Felix already worked closely with Falk and other members of the WAYES team. For several years, his work has focused on the healthcare sector, particularly on healthcare providers.

As a Senior Advisor, Felix is now bringing his experience to WAYES and has been strengthening our team from our Munich office since the beginning of March with his expertise in M&A and healthcare.
