Lea is our new working student in the People & Culture department. As a psychology student at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Lea’s main aim is to gain new experience and combine the theoretical content of her studies with practical experience. In addition, the practical experience will help her in choosing a master’s focus. In her free time, Lea likes to play tennis, travel or go on coffee dates with friends.

Lilius is doing an internship in M&A at WAYES this year. Besides his bachelor studies in business administration at the University of Hamburg, Lilius likes to play soccer, volleyball and squash. From the internship with WAYES, Lilius expects additional theoretical approaches and the combination of practice and theory. He also wants to experience the sales process and the valuation of companies through the insights and thus understand them better.
