Welcome at WAYES, Hanna & Dennis!

May not only brings spring, but also two new faces at WAYES. We are delighted to welcome Hanna Schierenbeck as a new consultant in Hamburg and Dennis Beyer as a new consultant in Bremen.

Hanna has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and completed a part-time Master’s degree specialising in Controlling and Asset Management. She gained her first practical experience in project and financial management during her studies. She then worked in finance, particularly in project controlling, where she was involved in the introduction of Lucanet, among other things. After moving to Hamburg, she started her career in consulting, focussing on the healthcare sector. In a restructuring consultancy, she focussed on financial issues and was involved in the preparation of restructuring reports.

Dennis trained as a tax clerk and decided early on to supplement his training with a degree in industrial engineering. After graduating, he joined Auxil Management, where he worked in reporting. In the course of his work, he was also able to gain insights into the areas of restructuring and M&A. Most recently, he was responsible for the implementation of financial restructuring measures as part of a major project in London. He then moved to a family business in the field of asset management, where he was able to establish new structures and gain valuable experience. With the desire to concentrate more on financial issues again, he is now returning to consulting – and to WAYES.

We are delighted to have Hanna and Dennis on board with immediate effect and look forward to working with them! We warmly welcomed them both to our company over lunch.
