WAYES on skis

Some of our colleagues met up privately for a ski weekend in Sölden – a break in the mountains that was characterised not only by winter sports, but also by valuable togetherness.

In addition to fantastic piste conditions, the programme included cosy visits to mountain huts, long walks and relaxing hours in the wellness area. The time spent together provided plenty of space for personal dialogue, mutual inspiration and fellowship outside of everyday working life.

Such encounters show: Collegiality does not end at the office door – it also lives on in private and contributes significantly to a strong, trusting relationship.
