WAYES Christmas party 2024 ✨🎄

Our WAYES Christmas party took place last Friday: Over 70 colleagues from our offices in Berlin, Bremen, Oldenburg and Hanover came together for a joint event in Hamburg. This cross-location celebration was not only an opportunity to celebrate a successful year at WAYES, but also to strengthen team spirit and encourage dialogue.

The evening got off to a festive start with a small private Christmas market in front of our event location, Küchenfreunde im Kraftwerk Hamburg. We enjoyed mulled wine in a wintery atmosphere before Konrad and Stefan opened the official part of the evening with a speech. Together we reviewed our successful WAYES year.

Afterwards, we were treated to a delicious menu that left nothing to be desired and plenty of time to socialise with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. The photo box in particular created an exuberant atmosphere – equipped with flashing hair bands and other fun gadgets, countless snapshots were taken that will continue to provide a lot of fun throughout the evening.

Later, we took to the dance floor and partied late into the night. It was an evening full of good conversation, laughter and a fantastic community that shows what WAYES is all about: cohesion, team spirit and looking ahead together.
