Visit at the 22nd “Deutschen Insolvenzrechtstag”

This year’s German Insolvency Law Day once again provided an opportunity to discuss current developments in insolvency law, gain professional impetus and exchange ideas with experts from the entire sector.
The event kicked off on Wednesday evening at the TIPI am Kanzleramt. In a special atmosphere, the event not only fostered personal exchange, but also honoured outstanding achievements at the award ceremony.
Yesterday and today, we were treated to a varied programme with numerous specialist presentations and discussion panels. The specialist contributions provided valuable insights and new perspectives on current challenges in insolvency law.
In addition to the substantive input, the congress also offered plenty of room for personal encounters: The exchange with long-time companions as well as with new contacts was both enjoyable and inspiring – a personal setting to develop common perspectives and take away fresh impulses.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the organisers, the Insolvency Law & Restructuring Working Group (AGIS), and all those involved for an all-round successful event.
Our WAYES colleagues Falk Schnurbusch, Maria Husemann, Silvan Drasch, Sunny-Jo Linderkamp and Daniel Harbrecht followed the event with great pleasure and interest.
