A fresh face. A breath of fresh air. A resounding YES for Düsseldorf!

A few months ago, we began a new chapter with the opening of our Düsseldorf office. Now comes the next important step: we are delighted to welcome Dr Moritz Dimde as a new Director at WAYES; he will strengthen our Düsseldorf team with his expertise and play an active role in shaping the further development of our presence in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Moritz brings a unique combination of legal expertise, strategic vision and entrepreneurial experience to the role. As a qualified lawyer with a PhD and a former managing director, he understands challenging corporate situations from a variety of perspectives. Whether it’s restructuring, corporate development or financing, he knows what matters when companies face complex challenges and important decisions. At WAYES, Moritz will contribute his expertise particularly in the areas of restructuring and CFO services, as well as supporting selected M&A mandates.
