Transaction expert Silvan Drasch becomes Director at WAYES

Silvan Drasch, who most recently played a key role in the further development of the M&A business at One Square Advisors, will join the Transaction division at WAYES on 1 April 2025.

Continuing on its growth trajectory: WAYES is expanding its team and bringing another proven expert into the transaction division in Silvan Drasch. Silvan Drasch began his career at Hübner Schlösser & Cie. before moving to Baker Tilly, where he worked for several years. Most recently, he was responsible for the further development of the M&A business at One Square Advisors – with a particular focus on distressed M&A and property transactions. He was also entrusted with the management of the Munich office. ‘As a Director, I see the opportunity to drive many things forward together with WAYES and also to promote the further development of the team,’ explains Silvan. ‘I’m really looking forward to the new challenge!’
