Successful rescue of W. SCHILLIG Polstermöbelwerke

The insolvency plan developed will pave the way for the necessary reorganisation in the self-administration proceedings – the creditors’ meeting recently gave its approval. Ole Brauer and Alexander Reus (Anchor Rechtsanwälte) were appointed as restructuring managers. The proceedings were supervised by administrator Joachim Exner (law firm Dr Beck & Partner GbR). W. Schillig Polstermöbelwerke was advised on labour law by the lawyers Alexander von Saenger and Seraphim Kim (Schultze & Braun).

Together with EOC Operations+ Consulting GmbH, we supported the restructuring and ultimately completed the reorganisation via the self-administration proceedings.
