Share knowledge. Broaden perspectives. Grow together.

Our team day in Oldenburg was all about transferring know-how across locations. Colleagues from all WAYES locations came together to share insights into current projects, discuss challenges transparently and reflect on proven solutions.

The focus was on best practices, concrete learnings from everyday project work and new ideas for our future collaboration. Among other things, the IBCS – International Business Communication Standards – were presented. The aim is to make reports and presentations even clearer, more understandable and more effective.

Another contribution dealt with the topic of insolvency proceedings and the question of why it is worthwhile to question and rethink existing workflows even during ongoing proceedings. Even if, as in the example project, the proceedings have already been running for two years. The key finding is that optimisation potential can be identified in every phase, thereby enabling processes to be sustainably improved and streamlined.

In addition, a customer project from the restructuring sector was presented. The focus was on the challenges in implementation and the most important insights gained from the project work. It became particularly clear how important clear communication, regulated responsibilities and close cooperation with all parties involved are for the success of the project.

The open exchange between the teams brought together different perspectives and enabled new approaches. This structured transfer of knowledge is an essential part of our corporate culture and sustainably strengthens the quality of our project work.

Following the technical part of the day, we continued with a joint lunch at HIIVE Hotels Group GmbH Oldenburg before taking advantage of the traditional cabbage tour to continue our personal exchanges in an informal atmosphere.

It was a day that once again demonstrated how closely technical excellence and team spirit are linked at WAYES.
