Oskar Heuchert GmbH & Co. KG’s precast concrete division successfully transferred

Oskar Heuchert GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run business with more than 75 years’ experience in the construction industry. The precast concrete division at the Trappenkamp site near Neumünster offers an integrated range of services – from consultancy right from the design phase, through planning and structural analysis, and the production of architectural and structural precast concrete elements, to complete installation: everything from a single source.

A decline in order volumes, particularly in the field of precast construction for industrial halls, led to a strained liquidity situation and the filing of an application to open insolvency proceedings. In June 2026, Dr Jens-Sören Schröder, a solicitor at PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, was appointed as provisional insolvency administrator. Together with the management team and Dr Birte Jensen, he successfully continued business operations under difficult conditions until the transaction was completed.

WAYES was appointed as the exclusive M&A adviser and initiated a structured investor process. As a result, a leading specialist in energy and electrical engineering, in cooperation with a long-established construction firm, will take over the precast concrete business of Oskar Heuchert GmbH & Co. KG as part of an asset deal, including the business premises, with effect from 1 September 2026. The transaction thus creates a solid foundation for the continuation of this long-established business division.

On behalf of WAYES, Falk Schnurbusch, Sebastian Zolondek, Marcel Weist, Naira Ramic and Anton Lünenbürger oversaw the process.

A big thank you goes to everyone involved in the project, in particular Dr Birte Jensen, for their dedicated contribution and their constructive and professional cooperation in a challenging environment.
