Mentoring at WAYES

Individual development, active knowledge transfer and partnership-based growth: at WAYES, we see mentoring as a development framework that is geared towards the actual needs of each individual employee. The focus is on the targeted transfer of knowledge, the promotion of individual strengths and personal and professional support on the respective career path – all in line with clearly defined goals that emerge from the personnel development meetings.
Our mentoring programme ‘WAYtoring’ is deliberately designed to be flexible in order to accommodate different personalities, experiences and goals. The mentees actively take responsibility for their learning process and shape their careers using their own initiative. The programme is based on trust, self-reflection and a sustainable learning relationship. Our mentors act as reflective sparring partners who support them with their experience, openness and empathy – not as instructors, but as companions at eye level.
Through WAYtoring, we create structures without rigid guidelines and thus open up a space for dialogue, further development and genuine personal growth. After all, our colleagues’ paths are as individual as they are.
