Making compatibility visible – women in counselling

Last week, our colleague Naira visited us. She is currently on parental leave, but she remains an integral part of our team. Her brief stop by the office showed once again how naturally different stages of life and perspectives are welcomed in our team. This diversity is a real strength, especially in consulting – and colleagues like Naira demonstrate that family and career can be easily combined.
At the same time, we are very happy that Mirja is back from parental leave. She describes her return to work as follows: “At WAYES, it is recognised that parental leave does not mean standing still, but is a particularly intensive phase of personal growth. Bringing this added value to bear in a positive way is a valuable resource. Good planning and setting out mutual expectations are – in addition to family-friendly structures – decisive factors that make a successful return to work possible.”
For us, it is clear that family, career and personal development belong together – in every phase of life and regardless of role models. With flexible models, openness and genuine support, we create the framework for this.
Those who are part of WAYES remain part of the team.
