Investor search for traditional manufacturer

An investor is being sought for Alape GmbH, manufacturer of unique products in the field of enamelled steel washbasins and places.

Alape has been on the market for more than 125 years and today produces at two locations in Germany: at the headquarters in Goslar Hahndorf, high-quality washbasins and places made of enamelled steel are produced, while in Goslar Jerstedt the matching bathroom furniture is made of wood.

The investor process was started immediately after the preliminary proceedings were ordered and the first renowned potential investors have expressed their interest.
