Internal certification, external impact: Lucanet training at WAYES

Lucanet has long been an integral part of many of our customer projects – and the continuous development of our teams in using the tool is just as important to us. Our Hamburg office therefore organised another internal Lucanet certification, led by Steffen Völkel and Rasmus Kriest.

The participants were Hendrik Leigers, Tizian Hamm, Lukas Ideus, Gordon Dobslaw and Christian Bier – colleagues who are already actively using Lucanet or are preparing specifically for new project requirements.

Our certification series has two clear objectives:

Firstly, we systematically professionalise our existing Lucanet team – experienced consultants receive official status as Lucanet.Certified Professionals through the training.

Secondly, we specifically promote the Lucanet expertise of our colleagues in the field of restructuring. This is because more and more of our clients are using Lucanet as a centralised system for integrated planning and reporting.

Thanks to the joint development of knowledge, we can work directly in our clients’ data models – this enables faster, more in-depth analyses and the development of future-proof planning in the clients’ system itself. For us, this is a further step towards sustainably strengthening the quality, impact and efficiency of our project work.
