New Director at WAYES: Silvio Zeidler

We are delighted to welcome Silvio Zeidler as a new Director at WAYES.

Silvio has many years of experience in various management consultancies as well as sound international management expertise, which he gained in various management positions at a German OEM. In recent years, he has supported medium-sized automotive suppliers in particular, both in an advisory capacity and with board responsibility as CEO, CRO or COO, both pre-insolvency and in the context of insolvency proceedings, and has made a significant contribution to their reorganisation.

His focus is on stabilising companies and ensuring operational efficiency. He also has extensive experience in corporate reorganisations and restructurings as well as insolvency proceedings. His operational implementation expertise, his strategic view of turnaround situations and his professional communication with all relevant stakeholders are particularly noteworthy.

With his pronounced hands-on mentality and his deep understanding of complex corporate situations, Silvio strengthens our team precisely where it matters: in the short-term assumption of operational responsibility, in the sustainable improvement of our clients’ performance and in credible leadership in transformation processes. His main focus will initially be on the further development of WAYES Interim.
