Finance specialist Ramon Frank joins WAYES in Munich as a senior consultant!

YES! We continue to grow – and are delighted to welcome Ramon Frank, another expert in the field of transactions, on board.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance and a subsequent master’s degree in finance with a focus on asset management, Ramon gained extensive experience in traditional M&A consulting at PKF IVT. There, he most recently held a project management position and supported numerous transactions in a dynamic environment.

By moving to WAYES, Ramon is consistently pursuing the next step in his career – the distressed M&A sector in particular offers him the opportunity to apply his experience and passion in a targeted manner. We are delighted to welcome him to our team as a dedicated senior consultant.
