HAKO 2025 – an inspiring conference

As the main sponsor of this year’s Hanseatic Region Conference of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, we at WAYES can look back on an impressive weekend full of dialogue, professional inspiration and valuable encounters. HAKO 2025 made Oldenburg the meeting place for young entrepreneurs and managers from the entire Hanseatic region – and impressively demonstrated what committed voluntary work can achieve.

For three days, HAKO 2025 impressed with a varied programme, exciting formats, inspiring impulses and, above all, a lively networking concept. A particular highlight for us was the workshop held by our colleague Hamed Omumi, who, together with Dr Hans-Joachim Berner from the law firm WILLMERKÖSTER, took a practical and in-depth look at the topic of ‘Buying out of insolvency’. Due to the great interest, the format was offered twice.

At the gala evening, Hamed was awarded the golden pin of honour of the Junior Chamber Germany for his outstanding, long-standing commitment to the Junior Chamber – including the organisation of a delegation trip to Iran, the leadership of several working groups, his time as district spokesperson and, last but not least, his commitment to the HAKO organisation team. This highest honour is awarded annually to only around 50 members from over 10,000 Junior Chamber members nationwide – an award that we as a team share with great pride.

For his outstanding, long-standing commitment to the Junior Chamber – including the organisation of a delegation trip to Iran, the leadership of several working groups, his time as district spokesperson and, last but not least, his commitment to the HAKO organisation team – Hamed was awarded the Golden Badge of Honour of the Junior Chamber Germany at the gala evening. This highest honour is awarded annually to only around 50 members from over 10,000 Junior Chamber members nationwide – an award that we as a team share with great pride.

In addition to Hamed, our colleagues Laura and Natalie also took part in the conference and gained a lot of inspiration and new networking contacts.

WAYES has been actively involved in various WJ circles for over ten years and promotes professional dialogue and the further development of young talent. Supporting HAKO 2025 as a sponsor is in line with our self-image of actively helping to shape entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration and sustainable growth.

Our thanks go to the organisation team of the Wirtschaftsjunioren Oldenburg for the professional implementation and the many opportunities for dialogue.
