Our proceedings team secures structures, liquidity and future prospects as part of out-of-court and court proceedings.

When a company finds itself in financial difficulties or is already involved in insolvency proceedings, experience, structure and a clear direction are crucial. Our proceedings team supports companies professionally and in a solution-orientated manner through challenging restructuring and procedural phases – with the aim of enabling continuation, securing value and creating trust among all parties involved.

Our services

  • Restructuring solutions with substance: We develop reliable scenario calculations and present the restructuring measures so that the different types of proceedings can be weighed up – if only to safeguard the people involved. We contribute our experience from various restructuring cases in order to optimally prepare StaRUG proceedings, a protective shield or a possible insolvency in self-administration or as standard proceedings.
  • Operational cash management: We take over complete liquidity management during ongoing operations and ensure that all payment-relevant processes are mapped efficiently and in a legally compliant manner. With cash management, we form the basis for determining the planned quota and any comparative calculations. In addition to our experience in proceedings of all sizes and industries, our clients benefit significantly from our flexibility and our goal of increasing the volume of proceedings. Furthermore, our activities form the basis for an insolvency plan to be drawn up.
  • Process management & communication: We coordinate communication with insolvency administrators or trustees, courts, stakeholders and internal teams – transparently, reliably and always with an eye on what is feasible.
  • OBES (online order obligation and payment processing tool): Our OBES web app ensures that all parties involved in the process have access to the necessary information on orders and payments in real time according to their role. All access to the data record is permanently documented in an audit-proof manner. From order entry and approval across all instances to the creation of the SEPA file, everything is automated via our OBES tool at the interface to the financial accounting system.
