‘Counselling for young professionals’ event organised by SQUEAKER

Last Saturday, we took part in the ‘Consulting for Young Professionals’ event organised by SQUEAKER in Cologne. Our WAYES colleagues Marisa Drinkmann, Johannes Meller and Melanie Ruedi took the opportunity to talk to ambitious young professionals about the wide range of career opportunities at WAYES.

The event was aimed at professionals with one to three years of professional experience who are considering the next step in consulting. In addition to the 1:1 discussions, there were exciting insights into various areas of consulting and an open exchange about current challenges and developments in the industry.

For us as a consultancy specialising in restructuring, litigation support, transactions and CFO services, it was particularly interesting to learn more about the participants’ perspectives and expectations. Our colleagues gave personal insights into their daily work at WAYES and spoke authentically about our corporate culture.

As a little extra, we handed out lovingly put together goodie bags – a thank you to the participants for their great interest and the many inspiring conversations.
