Ciao, Tom – and lots of success in Italy!

Tuesday was the last working day of our dear colleague Tom Beuke at WAYES. He has been a valued part of our team since January 2024 – first as an intern, then as an analyst. During this time, he impressed and actively supported us with his commitment, reliability and attention to detail.

Whether on projects, in everyday life or at team events – Tom was always there with positive energy and real team spirit. His humour, his easy-going manner and his willingness to help have noticeably enriched our day-to-day work. Now a new chapter is dawning for him: A semester abroad in Italy is coming up – and we are sure that it will be an exciting and formative time for him.
