A special evening, a special anniversary

25 years of WAYES: a quarter of a century of collaborative consultancy, entrepreneurial thinking, bold decisions and, above all, strong connections.

It was all the more wonderful that we were able to celebrate this anniversary last week at the WAYES Sundowner 2026 together with clients, network partners and long-standing associates.

Over cool drinks, in a summery atmosphere and with plenty of good conversation, people came together who have accompanied, shaped and enriched WAYES over the years. We raised a toast, laughed, looked back and looked ahead with great energy.

For us, 25 years of WAYES is not just a cause for gratitude, but above all an inspiration for what lies ahead: inspiring exchanges, new perspectives and collaboration that goes beyond the day-to-day work. That is exactly what we stand for as The Changers to Yes 🙌🏼
