Konrad Martin is a restructuring, insolvency and planning expert with us. The graduate industrial engineer (FH) previously worked as a consultant at the OEM consultancy P3 Group.

Johannes Meller will primarily assume responsibility in the restructuring area. He previously worked at EY, Tom Tailor and Retail Capital Partners in Switzerland, among others.
Michael Rabe is an expert in the fields of transactions and restructuring. Before joining us, the Chartered Financial Analyst was, among other things, a senior manager and authorised signatory at PwC Advisory.

Andreas Eschler is part of our strategy team. Before founding comes (now WAYES) together with other partners, he was, among other things, a partner at Baumgartner & Partner, sales manager at Hommel-Werke/Jen Optik and a member of the board of directors at various international trading companies.

Bernd Janker is an expert in restructuring and strategy. Heinz Baumann is an expert in the area of restructuring, insolvency and planning. While still working, he successfully completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Ronald Peters focuses on the area of insolvency. Previously, he was, among other things, an authorised signatory at PwC.
Felix Dreyer joined WAYES in Hamburg in 2021 and specialises in restructuring and transaction consulting. He is experienced in the implementation of complex distressed M&A and restructuring projects. Before joining WAYES, Felix Dreyer acquired in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of restructuring & reorganisation through his specialist studies at SRH Heidelberg (IFUS Institute) and supplemented his theoretical training with numerous internships in the restructuring environment.

Patrick Jacobs is responsible for planning and restructuring. He previously worked for 6.5 years as a project manager at Corporate Planning, where he designed and integrated controlling solutions (planning, analysis, reporting). He also worked for several years in controlling at Volkswagen and o2, among others.

Hendrik Leigers is a restructuring and transaction specialist. Previously, he worked in the commercial and corporate customer division of Emsländische Volksbank eG.

Sebastian Zolondek mainly advises clients in the area of transactions. Previously, he worked as a manager at Helbling Business Advisors GmbH and as a senior consultant at Ernst & Young.
