Christoph Kraemer is responsible for the areas of restructuring, insolvency, strategy and planning. After working as a senior consultant at Baumgartner & Partner, the graduate industrial engineer founded comes (now WAYES) together with other partners.

Konrad Martin is a restructuring, insolvency and planning expert with us. The graduate industrial engineer (FH) previously worked as a consultant at the OEM consultancy P3 Group.

Hamed Omumi is a process and transaction expert. The business information technologist previously worked as a management consultant.

Falk Schnurbusch focuses on restructuring and transactions. The lawyer worked for Ernst & Young for many years - most recently as an associate partner. He is also an active lecturer at Leuphana University Lüneburg.

Stefan Wechsung is an expert in the areas of restructuring, insolvency and strategy. The tax advisor has several years of restructuring experience, including as an authorised signatory at Ernst & Young.

Johannes Meller will primarily assume responsibility in the restructuring area. He previously worked at EY, Tom Tailor and Retail Capital Partners in Switzerland, among others.

Michael Rabe is an expert in the fields of transactions and restructuring. Before joining us, the Chartered Financial Analyst was, among other things, a senior manager and authorised signatory at PwC Advisory.

Silvio Zeidler is an experienced operational restructuring and insolvency expert specialising in corporate restructuring, turnaround and operational responsibility. Heinz Baumann is an expert in the area of restructuring, insolvency and planning. While still working, he successfully completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Bernhard Bieckmann works for us primarily in the area of restructuring. The auditor was previously a partner at PwC in Bremen for many years.

Christian Bier has been working in the fields of restructuring and planning since 2007. Before joining WAYES, he worked as a managing director in the machine tool industry and in several restructuring consultancies, including as an authorised signatory at Ernst & Young.

Peter Böttger works in the restructuring and planning department. Previously, the banking specialist was, among other things, a department director at Commerzbank and deputy head of the credit department at Raiffeisenbank.

Jan Handzlik is a restructuring and planning specialist. He also holds a professorship at Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences and is a lecturer at Bremen University of Applied Sciences.

Maria Husemann brings her expertise in the areas of restructuring, insolvency and strategy. Previously, she worked as an insolvency lawyer at Dr Berner and at White & Case.

Lars Jaensch is a Senior Manager in the Restructuring division at the Hamburg office. After completing a Master of Science in General Management, specialising in Corporate Financial Management, at PFH Private University of Applied Sciences in Göttingen, Lars gained extensive experience in auditing at KPMG and Deloitte in Hanover. His career path took him via SICNUM Mittelstandsberatung into consultancy and restructuring, and eventually back to KPMG, where he most recently worked as a Senior Manager in the Turnaround & Restructuring division.

Hendrik Leigers is a restructuring and transaction specialist. Previously, he worked in the commercial and corporate customer division of Emsländische Volksbank eG.

Ronald Peters focuses on the area of insolvency. Previously, he was, among other things, an authorised signatory at PwC.

Jan Schönemann works in the areas of restructuring and planning. Before joining WAYES, he was controller at Sprinkenhof GmbH (asset and project management for real estate). Through his experience at Ernst & Young in auditing and restructuring, he brings in-depth expertise.

Steffen Völkel contributes his expertise primarily in the area of planning and is also one of our LucaNet experts. Previously, he worked for several years as a controller at Brose Fahrzeugteile SE & Co.

Andreas Eschler is part of our strategy team. Before founding comes (now WAYES) together with other partners, he was, among other things, a partner at Baumgartner & Partner, sales manager at Hommel-Werke/Jen Optik and a member of the board of directors at various international trading companies.

Felix Prinzenberg has over 20 years’ experience in M&A and corporate finance – both on the client side and in a consultancy capacity. For several years now, his work has focused on the healthcare sector, and in particular on healthcare providers.

Wolfgang Uhlen is entrusted with the topics of restructuring and strategy at our firm. He began his career as an audit assistant/head and later manager at PwC. He was also a lecturer at the Control Data Institute.

Darius Djafari has been working at WAYES in the areas of cfo services and insolvency since 2019. He completed his Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Hamburg. Before joining WAYES, he worked in consulting and business development in London and Hamburg.

Felix Dreyer is a manager specialising in restructuring and transactions. After completing his degree in business administration, specialising in restructuring and reorganisation, at SRH University, and gaining experience at PwC Germany and Restrukturierungspartner (now Deloitte), he joined WAYES on a permanent basis. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President at RTgroup in the restructuring and reorganisation division.

Daniel Harbrecht works in the areas of litigation and transactions. Previously, he worked as a commercial lawyer at Brinkmann & Partner, where he focused on business continuations in corporate insolvency proceedings.

Ole Klimek has been with WAYES since 2019, focussing on processes, planning and strategy. Before joining WAYES, he gained experience as a purchaser and in project management, among other things.

Rasmus Kriest brings his interdisciplinary digitalisation expertise to CFO services in particular. As an expert in Lucanet, data modelling and AI, he increases efficiency and innovation in companies. Before joining WAYES, Rasmus was responsible for IT in the third sector in various roles.

Marisa Rinke works in our Transactions department. She previously worked at SEHNER Unternehmensberatung, where she played a key role in setting up the sell-side department as deputy head. Before that, she gained extensive experience in KPMG's Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team.

Marcel Weist is an expert in transactions with a focus on the real estate industry. Most recently, he worked as a manager in the transaction division at KPMG. He developed his international expertise both during his studies and in professional assignments in Sydney and London.
