Michael Rabe is an expert in the fields of transactions and restructuring. Before joining us, the Chartered Financial Analyst was, among other things, a senior manager and authorised signatory at PwC Advisory.

Heinz Baumann is an expert in the area of restructuring, insolvency and planning. While still working, he successfully completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Lars Jaensch is a Senior Manager in the Restructuring division at the Hamburg office. After completing a Master of Science in General Management, specialising in Corporate Financial Management, at PFH Private University of Applied Sciences in Göttingen, Lars gained extensive experience in auditing at KPMG and Deloitte in Hanover. His career path took him via SICNUM Mittelstandsberatung into consultancy and restructuring, and eventually back to KPMG, where he most recently worked as a Senior Manager in the Turnaround & Restructuring division.
Hendrik Leigers is a restructuring and transaction specialist. Previously, he worked in the commercial and corporate customer division of Emsländische Volksbank eG.

Jan Schönemann works in the areas of restructuring and planning. Before joining WAYES, he was controller at Sprinkenhof GmbH (asset and project management for real estate). Through his experience at Ernst & Young in auditing and restructuring, he brings in-depth expertise.
Steffen Völkel contributes his expertise primarily in the area of planning and is also one of our LucaNet experts. Previously, he worked for several years as a controller at Brose Fahrzeugteile SE & Co.

Felix Dreyer is a manager specialising in restructuring and transactions. After completing his degree in business administration, specialising in restructuring and reorganisation, at SRH University, and gaining experience at PwC Germany and Restrukturierungspartner (now Deloitte), he joined WAYES on a permanent basis. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President at RTgroup in the restructuring and reorganisation division.
