Welcome on board!

We are delighted that Matthis Sarnighausen and Mia Sponbiel have joined our team.

Matthis starts as a Senior Consultant in our Berlin office. He has a master’s degree in industrial engineering and already has consulting experience in the healthcare and social services sector. After several years as managing director of a Berlin start-up in the fashion industry, he is now devoting himself to consulting again.

Mia is doing an internship at our Hamburg office. She successfully completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration (specialising in corporate management) at the University of Hamburg in July 2023 and has already gained her first experience in an M&A consultancy in Regensburg.
