With immediate effect, Simon Wieferig supports us as a consultant in the areas of M&A and litigation. After his apprenticeship as a tax clerk, the native of Vechta successfully completed his business administration studies (focus on taxes, auditing as well as M&A law) at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences Fresenius. Simon is currently completing a master’s degree in M&A law at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
