WAYES know-how transfer in Bremen

Sharing knowledge, learning from each other, growing together: all WAYES locations met in Bremen to share valuable insights as part of our know-how transfer programme. The aim is to pass on experiences from past projects and new knowledge from current developments so that the entire team can benefit from them.

The focus was on exciting presentations on topics such as the latest developments in artificial intelligence and their potential for increasing efficiency in projects, analysing insolvency checks and better integrating Microsoft tools into our daily work. The cross-location dialogue on these topics in particular enables us to work in an even more networked way and learn from each other.

After the substantive discussions, we had the opportunity to discuss the presentations, reflect on our experiences and engage in dialogue on a personal level over lunch at the ÜberFluss design hotel before the social part of the day began and the team set off on this year’s Kohltour.

This day has once again shown how valuable direct dialogue within the company is. New impetus, valuable discussions and a strong sense of community make the transfer of expertise an important part of our collaboration.
