Successful sale of MVS Exclusive Constructions GmbH

MVS Exclusive Constructions GmbH, based in Schweindorf, has been taken over by Sinnex Innenausbau GmbH from Austria. The transaction means that the company, which is renowned for its yacht interior fittings, can begin a sustainable reorganisation. All employees will be taken over and the location will be retained.

The WAYES transaction team was able to realise an overall solution for the long-established company in the self-administration proceedings of MVS Exclusive Constructions GmbH. Christian Hanken from the law firm Hanken und Hanken GbR was appointed as administrator. Hamed Omumi provided business management support for the continuation of the company and advised both the administrator and the general representative Dr Hans-Joachim Berner from the law firm WillmerKöster. In addition to the investor solution, this comprehensive support also made it possible to overcome the economic challenges facing the company.
