Sebastian: 5 years at WAYES

Sebastian has been with WAYES for five years, and our shared history actually began much earlier.

Sebastian was part of the WAYES team as early as 2017, first as an intern and later as a working student. After completing his Master’s degree, he gained further experience at management consultancies in Hamburg and Düsseldorf before returning to us in July 2021.

Today, Sebastian is a Senior Manager and primarily advises clients in the areas of restructuring and transactions. He brings not only a wealth of specialist expertise to the table, but also a calm demeanour, reliability and a clear-eyed approach to complex situations.

Anyone who works with Sebastian also knows how pleasant and enriching it is to interact with him. He approaches others with openness and genuine interest, and almost always has an interesting story or a fresh perspective to share. He also shows great stamina outside the office. Whether running or cycling, Sebastian gives it his all and keeps at it.

Konrad sums it up: “Sebastian is technically strong, takes responsibility and keeps a clear overview even in challenging situations. At the same time, he is an incredibly pleasant colleague who is simply a joy to work with. We are very happy to have him on our team.”
