Restructuring expert Johannes Meller becomes Associate Partner

WAYES continues to grow and adds Johannes Meller to the existing partner team. Meller will primarily assume responsibility in the restructuring area from 2 May 2024. After eight years in transaction and restructuring consulting at EY, Johannes Meller moved to Tom Tailor, where he accompanied the company’s extensive transformation process as Head of Business Finance & Controlling. Most recently, as Associate Partner, he was responsible for the bank-initiated restructuring business at Retail Capital Partners in Switzerland.
