Nussfrucht GmbH: Successful restructuring, all jobs saved

For the insolvent HWB Nussfrucht GmbH, our team together with insolvency administrator Peter-Alexander Borchardt from the law firm REIMER successfully acquired a buyer within two months: On 1 August, the Berlin-based Marziman GmbH took over the company and all jobs.

As an expert in the wholesale, processing and packaging of nuts and citrus fruit products, HWB Nussfrucht GmbH has been firmly established in the market for many years. During the Corona crisis, the Husum-based company ran into financial difficulties and had to file for insolvency on 8 June 2022. With Marziman GmbH, a specialist for marzipan and persipan paste as well as almond preparations is now continuing the business.
