New Manager Kick-Off at WAYES – Responsibility begins with trust and team spirit.

The step into a new role not only marks the beginning of a new career phase, but also a phase with more responsibility, room for manoeuvre and leadership. To properly honour this transition, we invited our new managers at WAYES to a special evening.

In a relaxed atmosphere with tapas and a cocktail bar afterwards, the focus was on one thing: personal dialogue and a shared awareness of the new role in the management team.

We are convinced that strong leadership comes not only from expertise, but also from connection and attitude. We look forward to the impetus that our new managers will bring to their expanded responsibilities – and to the path we will continue to take together as a team.
