Investor wanted!

On behalf of the provisional insolvency administrator Dr Sven-Holger Undritz (White & Case LLP), we have been entrusted with the search for an investor for the Hanseatische Immobilien Treuhand Unternehmensgruppe (hit.) together with Angermann RE:solutions GmbH. The aim is to continue the entire hit. group of companies.

As a property developer and project developer, the hit. group of companies has many years of experience in the residential property segment. A total of over 10,000 units have been planned and realised. The current project portfolio comprises 20 residential neighbourhoods with a total living space of almost 200,000 m² in the metropolitan regions of Berlin, Hamburg and Hanover.
