Investor search for industrial bakery started

Large bakery from the Ammerland region on the lookout for investors: Our M&A experts Hamed Omumi and Michael Rabe are today starting an exciting investor process for the three insolvent operational units of the Stöhr-Brot group. The non-insolvent holding company, owner of the four operating properties at the Westerstede, Rastede, Dinklage and Reinfeld locations, is supporting the investor process so that an overall solution can be sought for the 300 employees of the group of companies.

Our team will work closely with the provisional insolvency administrator Dr Christian Kaufmann of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH to find interested parties for the business operations and the operational real estate. Project management by our Oldenburg office will enable efficient management of the project and sustainable support of the mandate.

The Stöhr-Brot group is a family business that has been continued and developed over several generations. Most products are produced in the same way as in the bakery trade and are primarily marketed to food retailers, especially discounters.
