Finow Automotive: WAYES accompanies continuation of operations

GÖRG and WAYES accompany the continuation of operations of Finow Automotive GmbH: Together with Sascha Feies and his team, we will support the manufacturer of chassis and structural components for the automotive and supplier industry in the implementation of the restructuring strategy.

The company got into economic difficulties due to the Corona pandemic, among other things, and recently had to file for insolvency. The main goals are to preserve essential parts of the business and to take over as many of the 180 Finow employees as possible.

Finow was founded in 1999 in Eberswalde-Finow (near Berlin) and operates as a TIER I and TIER II supplier.
