Consulting meets taste: a delicious insight into our corporate culture

At WAYES, we see diversity as an essential part of our daily work – not only in our projects, but also in our interpersonal relationships. This attitude is also reflected in our latest internal project: the WAYES cookbook.

The cookbook brings together our tax consulting colleagues’ favourite recipes – dishes from a wide variety of countries and cultures that have been passed down through generations. Each recipe tells a story: of home, of memories, of what connects people.

Our teams are as diverse as the dishes in this book. People from different cultural backgrounds work closely together at WAYES, contributing their individual perspectives and thus jointly shaping successful consulting projects. This lived diversity shapes our corporate culture – and is reflected in a special way in the cookbook.

It is more than a collection of recipes. It is an expression of our values: openness, respect and community. And it reminds us that what distinguishes us is also what enriches us.

Perhaps it will also inspire reflection, cooking experiments or dialogue outside our company.
