Learning together, teaching together and getting out of the daily routine for a change
This was the motto of our boot camp at the beginning of november at Gut Thansen in the Lüneburg Heath. What the participants liked most was the exchange on site and the togetherness.
On the one hand, the focus was on bringing all consultants up to the same level of knowledge. On the other hand, it was important that this knowledge acquisition and transfer should not only take place frontally, but above all in small groups. In this way, the consultants themselves were able to pass on knowledge and learn from each other.
The substantive goal was to build a better know-how in interpreting profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cash flows.
