With the opening of insolvency proceedings on 1 October 2023 by the Goslar District Court, Silvio H\u00f6fer (Anchor Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH) was appointed as insolvency administrator. With today’s execution, the business operations will be transferred to the Roca Group retroactively to the opening date.
