For SALMET GmbH & Co. KG, WAYES was able to find an investor. Fienhage Broiler-Solutions GmbH bought the brand and selected assets of SALMET in the form of an asset deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SALMET, manufacturer of premium systems for floor and conventional poultry housing, filed for insolvency on January 31, 2023 due to impending insolvency. There are many reasons for this: cost increases for materials, energy and transport, corona pandemic and Ukraine war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the acquisition of the assets, the Fienhage Group can expand its product portfolio and strengthen its expertise in poultry farming. The Fienhage family is pleased that they were able to acquire the selected assets and brand of SALMET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The management of SALMET GmbH & Co. KG is supported by Florian von Seyfried and Stefan Rampf from plan>E by Els\u00e4sser as general representatives in the self-administration. In addition to the administrator Julia Kappel-Gnirs (hww hermann wienberg wilhelm) appointed by the Offenbach am Main Local Court, her colleagues Dr. Dragica Banovic and Katrin H\u00e4u\u00dfler are also supervising the self-administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
