What the participants liked most was the exchange on site and the togetherness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the one hand, the focus was on bringing all consultants up to the same level of knowledge. On the other hand, it was important that this knowledge acquisition and transfer should not only take place frontally, but above all in small groups.
